And for the finishing touches, these amazing I-Cord straps which are braided together. And you don't have to be worried that it might be complicated, because Melanie always explains everything very detailed and adds a lot of videos which guide you through every section.

Choosing the Perfect Yarn for Summer

Choosing the right yarn is very important on hot summer days. The yarn has to be durable, especially when knitting garments for children, but also breathable and soft on the skin. I created a list of various yarn fibers which can help you to decide the right yarn fiber for you and your loved ones.
I knitted this tank with the soft and durable yarn from Lang Yarns Amira in the vibrant color “Sunshine”, I am not sure if that's really the name of that color, but it looks like sunshine.

I was also thinking about embroidering something on the finished garment like I did on the Vine pullover, but the color of this tank top speaks for itself. I crochet a matching sun hat instead.
